Since starting PT with Janelle I have not looked back. I have not had a cold/flu in over a year which has never happen to me before. I love all her PT tips and suggestions via email for exercise and nutrition. Its not always easy to do things on your own but knowing you can talk to someone professionally about your eating habits, exercise and general well being on a weekly basis is great.
